Shipping Policy

At Furiendship, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality custom portrait that you will treasure for years to come. 

We are currently shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia only. We will be shipping internationally in the near future.

Artwork Creation Time:

Your custom portrait is a unique piece of artwork, and creating it requires time and care. Our artists will take 1-3 days to produce your order and make sure that every detail is just right.

Artwork Approval Time:

We will send you a preview of your artwork and will allow up to 48 hours for approval or any revision requests, if you are not satisfied with your artwork. If we do not hear anything regarding your approval email within 48 hours, then we will automatically fulfill your order.

Printing and Transit Time:

Once your artwork is approved, your order will go into production, which will take from 1-4 days. Transit time will take 5-7 business days, and you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 7-14 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are a flat rate. You will be able to see the final shipping cost at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
