After you place your order, our talented artists will be working on your custom portrait.
We will send you a preview of the artwork in 1 - 3 days after purchase, and you will have 48 hours to request any revisions or approve for production.
If we do not hear anything regarding your approval email within 48 hours, then we will automatically fulfill your order.
Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 5 - 11 days after your artwork has been approved.
We offer pet portraits with 1 to 3 pets, however, if you have more than 3 pets please contact us at support@furiendshipusa.com and help you create a custom portrait.
We are able to illustrate all kinds of pets! In the rare occasion that we cannot illustrate your pet, we will contact you.
You can select the "Skip the Line" add-on when you are on a product page, which will push you ahead in the illustration queue. However, this will not effect the production and shipping times.
Yes, all of our portraits come with a frame. Make sure to select the frame that you prefer when customizing your portrait.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia from our local fulfillment centers!
For the best quality artwork, we recommend you take a photo in natural lighting, with your pet facing the camera. Check our full guide here.
If you need to make a change to your order, email us as soon as possible. After 1 hour of placing your order, changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as our artists often begin work on your order soon after it is placed.
