As each item is personalized to your pet, we do not accept returns.Â
It is important to follow our Photo Guide and submit a high-quality photo to ensure that your artwork is of the best possible quality.Â
To make sure you love your artwork, we offer limited revisions to the original photo for minor changes. If a request for alteration is significant, we will charge an additional fee to help cover artwork costs.
However, if you're not completely thrilled with your final product, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we'll do everything in our power to make sure you're happy with your pet's one-of-a-kind portrait.
Received damaged/wrong product?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, the wrong size or print, or if your product was damaged during shipping, we'll happily replace it for you. Please email us at sales@furiendshipusa.com with photo proof within 48 hours of receiving your order in these cases.
Need to cancel your order?
If you recently placed an order and have since changed your mind, you can cancel within 1 hour. After 1 hour of placing your order, cancellations or changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as our artists often begin work on your order soon after it is placed.Â
